Discord.io exposes the personal data of more than 760,000 users. The invite service for the popular messaging app Discord was allegedly due to a flaw in the site’s code. The information is being offered up by a hacker on the dark web.

Joint Interpol-Afripol opp nets cybercriminals across Africa

Interpol and Afripol announced the arrest of cybercriminals across Africa after the culmination of a four-month-long operation focused on stopping phishing, cyber extortion, and a host of other scams. The organizations claim that the hackers they arrested were collectively responsible for $40m in losses. 

Zimbra, used by 200,000, the victim of phishing attack

Zimbra, a collaborative software suite that includes an email server and a web client used by 200,000, had its email accounts compromised as part of a phishing campaign, according to an ESET report
